Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

Overview

  • All fabrics sold on our website are cut to order and are considered customized goods.
  • For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
  • We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or transit damage, and such requests must be registered within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns & Replacements

You may request a return and replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received an incorrect fabric
  • The fabric has a manufacturing defect
  • The fabric was damaged during transit

Item Condition:

The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and must not be cut, stitched, or altered.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

For approved defective returns, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

We provide a prepaid return label or arrange courier pickup.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Cases (Except Defects)

Except in cases of manufacturing defects, returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Fabrics that have been washed, cut, stitched, or altered
  • Issues arising after delivery due to handling or usage
  • Minor variations inherent to textile production

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kapaasfabrics.com

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo and video evidence of the defect
  • Return requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • In case of an approved defective product return, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.
  • This return and replacement policy applies only to domestic orders shipped within India.
