3. Pricing & Payments

Product prices listed on the website reflect the current applicable rates. Payments are handled through secure third-party gateways. At no point do we store or access your card or banking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD), when available, may include cash handling charges that are applied at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days .

After dispatch, the shipment is handled by our logistics partners, who manage the transit and delivery process. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier movement.

While delivery is ultimately managed by the courier, we can assist in coordinating with them if any delivery-related concerns arise.

5. Fabric Care & Responsibility

Fabric behaviour can vary based on washing method, detergents, water quality, heat exposure, and general handling.

To ensure optimal results, we recommend pre-washing the fabric in mild warm water for approximately 30 minutes before use. This allows natural shrinkage and surface colour release to occur before stitching.

Changes that arise from individual usage or care practices are not covered under our policies.
