All orders are placed through our website and processed in the order they are received. Once confirmed, an order moves into processing and cannot always be modified. If any issue arises—such as availability concerns or address clarification—we may contact you for confirmation or adjustment.
Product prices listed on the website reflect the current applicable rates. We accept payments via major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking through our secure third-party gateways. At no point do we store or access your card or banking details. Cash on Delivery (COD), when available, includes cash handling charges that are applied at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days .
After dispatch, the shipment is handled by our logistics partners. Standard delivery within India typically takes an estimated 3 to 7 business days, depending on your destination.
While delivery is ultimately managed by the courier, we can assist in coordinating with them if any delivery-related concerns arise.

Fabric behaviour can vary based on washing method, detergents, water quality, heat exposure, and general handling.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend pre-washing the fabric in mild warm water for approximately 30 minutes before use. This allows natural shrinkage and surface colour release to occur before stitching.
Changes that arise from individual usage or care practices are not covered under our policies.
