Fabrics naturally respond to detergents, water quality, heat, and storage conditions in different ways. These factors can influence color, texture, and fit. Because these variations depend on personal usage, we encourage all customers to pre-wash the fabric in mild warm water for about 30 minutes before use. This helps release any surface color and allows natural shrinkage to settle before stitching.
Transit delays or courier-related issues are managed by our logistics partners. If something seems off with the delivery, you’re welcome to reach out so we can review the situation and coordinate with the logistics team when needed.
